Dexter, Maine – Dennis Richard Bournival Sr., 76, of Dexter, Maine, passed away suddenly, April 19th, 2026, at Dexter Health Care center, Dexter, Maine. He was born on June 18th, 1949 in Presque Isle, Maine. Dennis was the son of Victor Bournival and Barbara Braley.

Dennis enjoyed listening to the oldies while doing puzzles and cross word searches, visiting family, eating delicious foods, and making people laugh.

He was predeceased by brothers, Willard Braley, and Malcolm Bournival Sr., and sisters, Sandra Boyle, and Dolores Soucie.

Dennis left behind his wife of 49 years, Nancy J Bournival, sister Belinda Morris, his children, Dennis Bournival Jr, Sherry Bournival, and Diane Curtis, his 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

There will be a special celebration of life for Dennis, among his close family and friends, to be determined at a later date.
