GUILFORD- Elnora "Teddy" Welts, 88, died February 9, 2013, at her home in Guilford. She was born in Monson, May 1, 1924, the daughter of Ruth Shaw.

Teddy was an excellent cook, an avid gardener, and was a loving mother and grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd D.Welts.

She is survived by her son, Philip Welts and his wife, Mary of Orland; a daughter, Sherry Welts-Murphy of Sebec; 3 grandchildren, Johannah Burdin of Portland, Jacob Burdin and his wife, Deidra of Sebec, and Keagan Welts of Bucksport; great grandchildren Morgan Welts and Kaylin Welts of Bucksport, Taylor Burdin and her husband, Nicholas Strout of Sangerville, Ella Burdin of Portland, and Jude Burdin of Sebec.

Friends and family are invited to a gathering at Teddy's home at 13 N. Main Street in Guilford, Sunday, February 17th, from 1 to 3 PM.

Graveside services will be held 1 PM, July 13, 2013, at the Elmwood Cemetery in Guilford.
