SANGERVILLE- Helen K. Wilcox, 89, went home to be with the Lord, August 22, 2016. She was born in Woodland, September 28, 1926, the daughter of John and Mildred (Green) Johnson.\n\nShe worked for Dexter Shoe Company for many years and was a long time active member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Dexter. \n\nShe is survived by a son, Robert and his wife, Jacqueline Wilcox of Dover-Foxcroft; 3 daughters and their husbands, Dolores and Paul Pomerleau of Sangerville, Sandra and Robert Croft of Levant, and Deborah and Robert Emrich of Plymouth; a brother, Oscar Johnson of Sangerville; 3 sisters, Viola Mayhew and her husband, Joseph of Dexter, Cora Frautten of Dexter, and Carolyn Brown and her husband, Vincent of Sangerville; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; nieces and nephews.\n\nShe was predeceased by her husband Clyde M. Wilcox; and an infant son, David.\n\nFriends may call 6 to 8 PM, Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Crosby & Neal, 61 Main Street in Dexter. Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Friday, August 26th at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Emrich officiating. Burial will follow at the Jackman Corner Cemetery in Sangerville.
