HARMONY- Jacque L. McKenzie, 28, died May 28, 2008, in Harmony. He was born June 17, 1979, in Dover-Foxcroft, son of Randy and Nanette (Nadeau) McKenzie.

He graduated from PCHS class of 1997, and from Kennebec Valley Vocational School class of 2007. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and kayaking, canoeing and working and spending time outdoors. He also enjoyed reading Stephen King novels.

He was a devoted and loving son and father. He is survived by his fiancee, Dionna Peaslee, a son, Ryan Peaslee and a daughter, MaKayla McKenzie all of Harmony; his parents of Parkman; paternal grandparents, Leslie and Elaine (Davis) McKenzie of Parkman; a sister, Mindy McKenzie of NY; many aunts, uncles, and cousins, including a special great uncle, Bob McFarland of Levant.

A memorial service will be held 2 PM Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street in Guilford, with Pastor Tom Izon officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 until the time of the service. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Hartland.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be sent to Nanette McKenzie, 1349 State Hwy 150, Parkman, ME 04443, for a trust fund that will be set up for Jacque's daughter, MaKayla.
