ELLSWORTH - Kenneth Roland Weirauch, 68, died July 22, 2019 at a Bangor hospital. He was born April 10, 1951 in Napoleon, Ohio, a son of Roland and Carol (Orthwein) Weirauch. He graduated from Napoleon High School, Class of 1969 and graduated from Northwest Michigan College. He entered the U. S. Navy as a corpsman in 1973. He later attended Cuyahoga Community College and graduated from South Alabama College where he received his physician's assistant degree and a degree in hospital administration. Kenneth worked at V.A. hospitals in Jamaica Plain, MA, and in Bangor, ME. He was an avid concert goer and will be remembered as a great fan of the group Chicago. Ken especially enjoyed living in Maine. He also enjoyed attending sporting events of the grandchildren of Allen and Respah Graves.

He is survived by 2 brothers, Keith and wife Peggy Weirauch of Union, KY, Rod and wife Pam Weirauch of Kettering, OH; 2 nephews, Tim and wife Jessica of Eaton, OH, Steven of Kettering, OH; a niece, Marissa and husband Josh Chappell of Union, KY; and a grand nephew, Zander Chappell; as well as dear friends, Allen and Respah Graves of Etna, ME.

A graveside funeral and committal service will be held at 2 P.M Tuesday, July 30th, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Etna, with the Rev. Kenneth Graves officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
