DEXTER- Shirley B. Fish, 95, passed away August 14, 2010, at a Dexter health care facility. She was born in Dexter, June 9, 1915, daughter of Forrest and Sofronnia (Carr) Johnson.\n\nThe wife of the late Llewellyn Fish, she attended Dexter schools, raised four sons, and worked at Wentworth Laundry and Tom's Norge Village. She also did house cleaning for many people, and helped care for a few elderly people.\n\nShe was predeceased by her husband; three sons, Kenneth, Bradley, and Linwood; a daughter-in-law, Betty; a granddaughter; a great grandson; six brothers; and a sister.\n\nShe is survived by a son, Charlie Fish and his wife, Caroline of Dexter, with whom she made her home for the past six years, before going to live at Dexter Health Care a year ago.\n\nShe will be missed by her 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.\n\nAt her request, there will be no funeral services. Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Thursday, August 19, 2010, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter, with Pastor A. Maurice Neal officiating.\n\nArrangements by Crosby & Neal, Dexter.
