ABBOT- Walter F. Dyer, 85, died March 1, 2015, at his home in Abbot. He was born in Sweden, Maine, August 15, 1929, the son of Freeman and Elizabeth (Tower) Dyer.

A born-again Christian, he was ready to meet his Savior in Heaven.

He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth (Charles) Dyer in 2003.

He is survived by 4 sons, Ben, Alan, Robert and Jeffrey Dyer; 2 daughters, Priscilla Brackett and Diana Dyer; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be sadly missed.

Spring burial will be in the family lot in Lovell at a time to be announced.
